    Your getting too much of a straight section on your blades after the drop. You have to bend before the drop out placement, then trim.

    Hey David,

    Thanks for the advice. Sorry for the delay in responding. I have since modified my process and now my blades have a proper curve. Much more pleasant to the eye. Thanks again for the feedback.
